What is Pressure Sore?

A pressure sore, also known as a pressure ulcer or bed sore, is an area of damaged skin and underlying tissue that occurs due to prolonged pressure on the skin. This pressure restricts blood flow to the affected area, leading to tissue damage and necrosis. Pressure sores are most common in areas where the skin covers bony prominences, such as the heels, ankles, hips, and tailbone.

Using TriDerma Pressure Sore Cream along with Pressure Sore Relief Wound Cleanser involves a coordinated approach to both cleaning and protecting the wound. Here’s how to use these products together effectively:

Steps for Using TriDerma Pressure Sore Cream and Pressure Sore Relief Wound Cleanser:
Cleanse the Wound:

    • Use the Pressure Sore Relief Wound Cleanser to gently clean the affected area.
    • Spray or apply the cleanser directly to the wound and surrounding skin.
    • Gently pat the area dry with a clean, soft cloth or allow it to air dry.

Apply the Cream:

    • After the area is clean and dry, apply a thin layer of TriDerma Pressure Sore Cream.
    • Make sure to cover the entire affected area with the cream.
Rub it in gently, ensuring it is well absorbed.

Protect and Monitor:

    • If necessary, cover the wound with a sterile dressing or bandage to protect it from further irritation and infection.
    • Change the dressing regularly, following medical advice or manufacturer’s instructions, and reapply the cleanser and cream as needed.

I bought the for my grandpa who has been suffering from bed sores for months and he has tried many products and creams for the constant itch and nothing ever helped. This was like a miracle after applying on day one, the itch already started to subside and now he is looking for me to order the bigger size. I would definitely recommend this product.Thank you so much for such a wonderful product.

The healing capability of this cream is amazing!! I used it on my 96 year old mother's sacral area. It was red and had developed some scabbing. After using TriDerma pressure sore relief for less than two weeks, the redness is gone and the skin in that area appears to have smoothed out!!!!!! I am so pleased and thankful. She sits in her bed and wheelchair much more comfortably now. Thank you TriDerma!! I have shared information about this product to other family members. I am now going to try the ezcema products for my son.

After an extended illness 1+ years, I developed horrible bed sores. I tried this and it worked faster and better than the prescription cream from the doctor. I now swear by this stuff and use it for every rash or sore I get. I've tried several other of the Triderma products and have been completely happy with each one. Can't wait to try the new facial creams I just received.

    Pressure Sore Relief Cream

I have mobility issues so I sit a lot which causes pressure sores on my backside (butt). This product works really well for pain relief and healing the affected areas. It’s the only product I’ve found that makes a big difference. Although my condition isn’t serious, I still need relief and this product fills my needs completely.
