Where can I purchase TriDerma products?

You can purchase our entire line of products at and you can find specific products at your local Walmart.  The products are also carried in select pharmacies and drug stores throughout the country.  To order products via phone please call us at (800) 279-7282.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently we ship everywhere outside the U.S.* with the exception of Mexico and the U.K.

Please use the below steps for a successful checkout:

  1. Choose 'International Shipping' from the shipping method options – this is a flat rate $30.00 shipping fee.
  2. Checkout via 'PayPal' – if you do not have a U.S. method of payment.
  3. Checkout via 'Credit Card' – if you have a U.S. method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).

I'm not sure which product to order for my skin problem.

Please use our By Skin Concern tab to find the right product. You can also call us and we will recommend the best skin healing cream to use for your specific problem or concern.

How long should I use a product before I see results?

Everyone is different and therefore the time to see results will vary from person to person.  For best results, we recommend using most products twice a day.  For hard-to-heal skin irritations, you can use the cream throughout the day as often as possible. Since there is no cortisone or steroids in our products, they are safe to use as often as necessary.

Can I use other products with TriDerma products?

Yes, of course you can.  We recommend putting the TriDerma cream on first so it is closest to your skin.  Then you can apply other products on top.

Are TriDerma products tested on animals?

No, we have never, and will never test any products on animals. You will find a cruelty-free symbol on our product boxes and labels.

What is the shelf life of TriDerma products?

Each product is coded with a lot number and expiration date either on the box, lid or crimped on the end of the tube. Most of the products have an average shelf life of 2 years.

What is the return policy?

We realize everyone is different and we feel you shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work for you.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either replace, exchange or refund your purchase upon receipt of your returned product.  If you have a product that you would like to return, please call Customer Service at (800) 279-7282.

Can the Hand Sanitizer be shipped out of the country?

Unfortunately, not at this time.  All Hand Sanitizer can only be sold and shipped in the United States.

Do you have any products that are FSA/HSA eligible?
