It’s National Skin Care Awareness Month so treat yourself to great skin and fast healing, with TriDerma. From burning calories on a run to a stress-relieving yoga session, releasing toxins through sweat is a sure way to see results in your jeans, but also on your face.

Eat healthy – We’ve heard it a million times but eating a healthy diet heavily contributes to having flawless skin. Some of our favorite skin-foods include: Blueberries, Spinach, Pomegranates, Green Tea, Nuts and Seeds. Eating organic and limiting your sugar intake is another great ways to maintain healthy skin.
