Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your TriDerma purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return and Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible, the product must be unused or gently used and returned in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on heavily used or damaged items unless there is a product defect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at INFO@TRIDERMA.COM with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We’ll send you further instructions.
