Refunds
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
We realize everyone is different and we feel you shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either replace, exchange or refund your purchase upon receipt of your returned product. If you have a product that you would like to return, please call Customer Service at (800) 279-7282.
You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return. After 30 days, returns can no longer be accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
All International customers are responsible for any additional duties & taxes. All International orders ship via United States Postal Service and are estimated at 7-10 days for delivery. If you have trouble with placing an International order, please use PayPal for the method of payment.

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service, depending on the size of the order. It is our goal to get your products to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from California and usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.

For hard-to-heal skin irritations, you can use the cream throughout the day as often as possible. Since there is no cortisone or steroids in our products, they are safe to use as often as necessary.
